ceramicdecals is a website dedicated to ceramic decals developed by Jon Simmons, a long time decal supplier to Dogwood Ceramic Supply. The Ceramic Decal website includes extensive application and product information to assist consumers with application and troubleshooting water mount (ceramic or glass) fired decals.
Clay Magic Inc is a ceramic mold manufacturer with a wide selection of items appropriate for the crafter or studio. Clay Magic specializes in seasonal items and cute collectibles, including teddy bears. Additional information concerning Clay Magic molds can be found on Dogwood Ceramic Supply's Ceramic Molds web page.
Creative Industries was purchased by Speedball in 2009. The former Creative Industries continues as CI Products offering a limited line of specialty products for the pottery studio including The Cink.
Creative Paradise was founded at the end of 2000 when Janet and Ron Kimple retired and sold their Kimple Mold Company to Creative Paradise Inc. Since that time, Creative Paradise (CPI for short) has expanded and diversified with the largest line of molds for clay available anywhere. The Kimple Mold division of Creative Paradise continues to produce hobby ceramic molds, with new, innovative designs continuously introduced.
Doc Holliday Molds Inc is a ceramic mold manufacturer who specializes in highly detailed figurines ranging from carousel horses to dragons, angels, chess sets and of course animals. Doc Holliday is the process of moving to a smaller location and must eliminate many older molds to make room, thus molds below item #2000 are slated to be discontinued or retired.
Duncan Enterprises. Duncan Ceramics (the Ceramic division of Duncan Enterprises) is the largest manufacturer in the world for the hobby ceramic industry. Duncan's extensive Color Catalog includes glazes, underglazes, acrylics and brushes. MSDS are available for downloading by consumers and schools at the Duncan website. As of July 2009, Duncan is in the process of renaming the company "I Love to Create, A Duncan Enterprise Company".
Lehman Mfg Company Inc produces casting tables and pumps for the ceramist. Lehman is a diversified manufacturer, with products for the ceramic industry as well as many other applications. Lehman Manufacturing company was purchased in February 2007 and the products continue without interruption.
Mackie's Slip Inc is a manufacturer of low fire casting slips. The Mackie Slip web page is off line, and the link has been redirected to Dogwood Ceramic Supply's page dedicated to Mackie's Slip. MSDS are provided by Dogwood Ceramic Supply in jpeg format for ease of down loading by schools and consumers.
North Star Equipment Inc manufactures slab rollers, extruders, dies, bats and and other accessories for the potter. See Dogwood Ceramic Supply's extensive North Star Catalog for the complete selection of North Star Equipment always made in the good ole USA.
Orton Ceramic Foundation is the a leading source for Ceramic Education and of course firing supplies. The Orton Ceramic Foundation has a long history of education and research in the fired ceramic arts. Orton's product selection includes the Orton Kiln Vent and critical firing supplies.
Paragon Industries Inc For Kilns, Kilns or Kilns, Paragon the only name you need to remember when you want a new kiln. Dogwood Ceramic Supply's extensive Paragon Kiln Catalog features all of the popular Paragon Kilns.
Riverview Molds is a diversified mold manufacturer with one piece (open pour) magnet molds for the potter and ceramist, as well as a variety of traditional ceramic mold designs. Riverview Molds also produces Custom Molds for the ceramic industry from your original works of art.

Spectrum Ceramics is the high fire glaze specialist. Spectrum Ceramics is a Canadian company located near Toronto Canada with a 30+ year history of providing low and high fire glazes and underglazes to the ceramic industry. The Spectrum Glaze Library reflects the diversity of the product line actively stocked by Dogwood Ceramic Supply. MSDS are available for all Spectrum glazes and underglazes for downloading by consumers and schools at the Spectrum website.
Speedball Pottery Equipment was named after the "Speedball" dip pens developed by C. Howard Hunt back in 1899. The Speedball Company was formed in 1997 during Hunt Corporation's restructuring and is located in the old Hunt factory in North Carolina. The Hunt brand name is well known to every former elementary school student who fondly remember the Boston-Hunt pencil sharpeners found in their classroom. The Speedball name is as well known in the school-art and specialty writing instrument markets, and in during the most recent years, Speedball has been expanding their offerings to include Speedball pottery equipment to support the school art market. In the summer of 2009 Speedball purchased the bulk of the Creative Industries pottery equipment line, including the Creative Industry pottery wheels.
Standard Ceramic Supply is the source for Clay, Clay and
even more Clay. Standard's Clays are renown
the world over. MSDS for Standard Clay's Moist Clay Bodies are available for
downloading by consumers and schools. In recent years Standard Ceramics has been
expanding their product offerings to include
casting slips.

The American Ceramic Society was founded in the late 1800's by Edward Orton el al. The American Ceramic Society is devoted to research in industrial and technical applications of ceramics. One smaller division of The American Ceramic Society is called "Potters Council" which is dedicated to art and studio pottery. The American Ceramic Society publishes a range of periodicals and books appropriate for the artist.
Clay Times is one of the world’s favorite ceramics magazines, serving studio potters and professional clay artists, teachers and students of the ceramic arts, art critics and ceramic researchers, museum curators and ceramic art collectors, clay hobbyists, and pottery enthusiasts of all kinds.
National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) promotes the ceramic arts through education and research to support its membership of artists, educators, museums and the like. The 2011 NCECA show will be held in Tampa Florida. The 2012 NCECA show will be held in Seattle.
National Art Education Association (NAEA) is the leading professional organization for Pre-K thru 12 as well as college level and museum educators. The 2011 NAEA show will be held in Seattle Washington. The 2012 NAEA show will be held in New York City.
