For customers driving from Hattiesburg, Jackson, Memphis and other points to the north:

    Take US Hwy 49 South until you arrive in the Orange Grove area of Gulfport. K-Mart is on your right at the traffic light intersection of St. Charles and US Hwy 49.  Continue traveling south on US Hwy 49 to the next traffic light, which is the Dedeaux Road intersection. Walgreen's Drug Store is located on the southeastern corner of the intersection, Rite-Aid Drug Store is located on the northwestern corner of the intersection.  Turn left onto Dedeaux Road.  Travel approximately 2 ½, almost 3 miles on Dedeaux Road, Dogwood Ceramic Supply will be on your left. No need to look for any other landmarks, as Dogwood's 13,000 square foot showroom is the landmark.

Alternative access from the north:

    Exit from US Hwy 49 just north of Saucier MS and travel Southeast on Mississippi Highway 67 until the junction with Mississippi Highway 605.  Travel South on Mississippi Highway 605 until you reach the Dedeaux Road cross-street (about 1/4 mile north of I-10).  Turn right unto Dedeaux Road.  Travel nearly 1 ½ miles on Dedeaux Road, Dogwood Ceramic Supply will be on your right.  No need to look for any other landmarks, as Dogwood's 13,000 square foot showroom is the landmark.

For customers driving from New Orleans, Baton Rouge and other points to the west:

    Take I-10 east until you arrive at the US Hwy 49 exit.  The US Hwy 49 interchange is a cloverleaf.  Take exit 34B, and loop under I-10. Travel north on US Hwy 49 to the third traffic light north of I-10.  This is the Dedeaux Road intersection with US Hwy 49, there is a Walgreen's Drug Store on the southeastern corner and Rite-Aid Drug Store on the northwestern corner.  Turn right onto Dedeaux Road.  Travel approximately 2 ½, almost 3 miles on Dedeaux Road, Dogwood Ceramic Supply will be on your left.  No need to look for any other landmarks, as Dogwood's 13,000 square foot showroom is the landmark.

For driving from Mobile, Pensacola, Jacksonville and other points to the east:

    Take I-10 west until you arrive at the Mississippi Hwy 605 (Lorraine Road) exit, (exit #38). Mississippi Hwy 605 is the first Gulfport exit when coming from east and is often remembered as the Mississippi Power Plant exit.  Take Mississippi Hwy 605 exit and head north (right) for about ¼ mile to the first traffic light north of the interstate access traffic lights.  The first traffic light is the intersection with Dedeaux Road. Turn left unto Dedeaux Road.  Travel nearly 1 ½ miles on Dedeaux Road, Dogwood Ceramic Supply will be on your right.  No need to look for any other landmarks, as Dogwood's 13,000 square foot showroom is the landmark.

For customers driving from the points of the compass:

    The best method of reaching Dogwood Ceramic Supply is using one of the road directions listed above.  For local customers, the directions listed above include directions from the I-10/Highway 49 interchange or the I-10/ Mississippi 605 (Lorraine Road) interchange.

    Just ask one of the Dogwood Ceramic Supply staff for a referral to a nice local Seafood Restaurant.  There are many on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and most are within a short drive of Dogwood Ceramic Supply.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

    GPS tracking systems and various online address mapping systems (such as Google maps) are NOT accurate with regards to street addresses and will often locate the Dogwood Ceramic Supply showroom several hundred feet from the actual location (most often just to the east of the intersection of Jay Dr and Dedeaux Road). The reason for this error is due to a common problem of unequal number of side streets and those side streets entering the main street (Dedeaux Road) at inconsistent intervals thus causing the numbering of street addresses on one side of the street versus the other side of the street to become confused.  A classic example of this problem is Dogwood Ceramic Supply's location.  Dogwood Ceramic Supply's street address on the north side of Dedeaux Road is 12590 while the residences on the south side of Dedeaux Road directly opposite of Dogwood Ceramic Supply are on the 13000 block of Dedeaux Road.  This error (if you want to call the numbering of street addresses by the E911 Commission an error) is quite common across the USA, especially in communities which were once rural or in communities which lack long term strategic planning for the location of minor roads.  Please be aware of this problem whenever you use online or dedicated GPS tracking systems to locate an address.

    Online mapping systems that offer directions to a location often use the shortest route between point A and point B.  Over the river and winding through the S-curve bends might be nice if one is going to Grandmother's house, but traveling to Dogwood Ceramic Supply is best done using the simplest routes.  For ease of travel just follow the clearly written instructions on this webpage.

    The Dogwood Ceramic Supply Showroom is organized into in general themes.  Upon entering the front door of the Showroom the low fire glazes from Duncan and Spectrum are to your immediate right.  Also on the right is the selection of Molds for Clay, Kemper Tools, Duncan Brushes and deeper into the showroom on the right is the Duncan 04 Bisque, Dogwood Premium Bisque and American Quality Bisque.

     On the left side of the front door is the North Star display as well as the Paragon Kiln display along the front wall.  The pottery wheels by Shimpo and Speedball plus the EPS Pottery Stools are conveniently located just in front of the Paragon kilns, and on the far left are the high fire glazes and underglazes by Spectrum.
