Reactive glazes react to the thickness of the glaze application, the shape and detail of the piece, as well as small changes in the firing temperature to product interesting effects and changes to the colors. Duncan Courtyard Glazes have a matte appearance with just a hint of a sheen.
Duncan Courtyard Glazes are nontoxic and all are dinnerware safe, with the exception of CY 110 which is
nontoxic but is not dinnerware safe. Available in 16 earth-tone colors that will self-antique if the object to be glazed is heavily detailed.
