Duncan Discounts

The discount schedule is based upon dollar amounts and the vast majority of products in any size may be combined to meet the purchase quantity level for any specific discount. Please note there advance purchase requirements and some quantity requirements for purchases at the top discount levels.

All Dollar amounts are based upon published MSRP. Refer to the Duncan Creativity Guide Product Order Form or Duncan Color Catalog for current product list and retail prices.

All sizes of Duncan products, except excluded products, may be combined to obtain the quantity discounts.

Specific quantity minimums, restrictions and limits may apply.

Restrictions

    Excluded products may not count toward retail product total to meet minimum requirements.

    3 day advance order required for $800 orders.
    14 day prepaid advance order required for $3,200 orders.
    31 day prepaid advance order required for $16,000 orders.

Gallons of Clear Glazes are defined as glazes that are bottled in 1 gallon jugs and have a retail selling price of less than $30 per gallon.
Pints of Clear Glazes are defined as glazes that are bottled in pint sizes and have a retail selling price of less than $7.50 per pint.

A service charge shall be applied to any order where the total quantity of Clear Glazes exceeds 60% of the retail product total. The amount of the service charge shall be equal to the discount received on the Clear Glaze products.

Showroom (over the counter) Sales:

No unit minimum for products pulled by the customer from showroom stock. All hold for pickup orders shall be subject to the minimums and restrictions listed above.

Unless advance ordered and held for pickup, the maximum discount for over the counter sales is 40%.

Products listed and prices are current as of April 01, 2008. Duncan strives to keep a stable product line, however, color products may be discontinued, or prices changed without notice.

All products listed in Duncan Color Catalog are available in all sizes in Dogwood Ceramic Supply's normal inventory of Duncan Products.

The Duncan On Line Catalog produced by Dogwood Ceramic Supply consists of all of the nontoxic products in the Duncan line, and select products from Duncan's Professional product line. All products without a nontoxic rating are noted.

The color tiles on display on the various Duncan On Line Catalog Pages are a digital representation of the color results that may be obtained. Please refer to the actual color tiles on display in Dogwood Ceramic Supply's showroom for an accurate representation of the color results that may be obtained.
