When Hurricane Katrina struck the Mississippi Gulf Coast there were a large number of North Star Slab Rollers that were immersed in salt water from the huge storm surge of the hurricane. Dogwood Ceramic Supply contacted North Star and spoke to Bob and Rhonda who said "don't worry, North Star's Lifetime Warranty will take care of the problem". So Dogwood Ceramic Supply contacted every customer we could locate and packed up every slab roller that could be found to be returned to North Star. Dogwood Ceramic Supply paid the shipping to return piles of rusting steel and bent aluminum rollers to the North Star Factory. North Star rebuilt every slab roller to good as new condition. 		Super Series 3 sizes Clay Card Eligible **		All North Star Super Series of Slab Roller have dual large 4" rollers and a 4.33:1 reduction gear between the large Wagon Wheel handle and the rollers to allow huge slabs to be built by every person regardless of his/her upper body strength and weight. Built to last a lifetime, the Super Series Slab Rollers actually have a lifetime warranty.

		Standard Series 2 sizes Clay Card Eligible **		The Standard Series Slab Rollers are the little brothers of the Super Series. Designed for the active hobby potter needing smaller slabs, the Standard Series uses dual 2.5" rollers that are direct driven by the user through the Wagon Wheel handle. Warranted for the life of the machine, except in commercial or academic settings which are warranted for 24 months.

		Porta Roller		For slabs on the go, nothing beats the North Star Porta Roller. The Porta Roller uses the same direct drive system with dual 2.5" rollers as the Standard Series of slab rollers and is perfect for the casual slab producer or traveling teacher.

The Standard Extruders are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for life. Available in stainless or painted steel with accessory die packages.

		Big Blue		Designed and engineered with safety consideration, the NorthStar Big Blue uses a Wagon Wheel handle to drive a compound gear box which reduces the force needed to make an extrusion to less than 30 lbs. And with less than 30 lbs of force needed at the handle the Big Blue is also the largest capacity extruder on the market that is safe enough and easy enough to use by school age children.

		Extruder Dies		The wide range of Standard Extruder Dies in sold and hollow core sizes up to 3" for the standard extruders can also be used on the Big Blue through the use of an adapter plate. The Big Blue also has a complete selection of larger Big Blue Extruder Dies.
