    The Fusion Kilns from Paragon were designed for glass fusing and slumping.  The Paragon Fusion 10 is the largest "round" kiln in the Fusion series and is large enough for most glass artists firing a single large glass project or several smaller projects in a single firing.  Physically the Paragon Fusion 10 is a 10 sided kiln with a firing chamber that is 23½" wide x 11" deep and uses two elements in lid of the kiln in element grooves that are smaller than the element to prevent element drooping without the use of element pins.  The standard Fusion 10 is equipped with a lock-in lid support and Sentry Xpress 3-Key Digital Controller.  The Fusion 10 can be upgraded with Paragon's spring loaded counter balanced LiteLid for ease of opening the heavy brick lid to minimize damage to the heavy kiln lid (shown on all photos on this page), lid safety switch to shut off power to the elements when the lid is opened, high performance Mercury Relay for durability, Ceramic Fiber lid with replaceable elements and of course the Sentry 2.0 12-Key Digital Controller for greater control of the firing.

    Freight charges are based upon the customer's location.  Please refer to Paragon freight information for complete information including special rates and any adjustments to the basic freight charges for your specific location.  The standard freight charges includes Liftgate service, the furniture kit and most common accessories that may be added to a kiln purchase.

    For kilns shipped without the matching furniture kit the freight charges must be hand computed and are typically $30 to $80 higher than the published freight rates.

Liftgate delivery is always included in the shipping costs for kilns that are drop shipped from the Paragon factory.

      The Paragon Fusion-10 is NOT routinely stocked by Dogwood Ceramic Supply, but is available for showroom pickup with advance order.  The in-store price ($1040.00) is slightly higher than the drop shipped price due to warehouse and handling costs, however there are no freight charges for over the counter purchases from The Showroom inventory.  The price of the accessories remains the same as the drop ship prices.
