Clay (Cone 6-10)
Standard Clay's S-182g White Stoneware Clay is moderately textured, plastic stoneware with 10% fine grog that is perfect for throwing and other techniques.
Standard S-182g is an excellent clay for use in oxidation with bright glazes
due to the light creamy white color achieved at Cone 6, shown on the left, and light warm gray at Cone 10, shown in the middle. Reduction at Cone 10 yields a warm medium gray with limited speckling, shown on the right.
