S266 Dark Brown Stoneware Clay (Cone 4-6)
    Standard Clay's S-266 Dark Brown Stoneware Clay is smooth and plastic clay that is good for all techniques.  Standard S-266 Dark Brown Stoneware Clay yields reduction-like dark chocolate color in an electric kiln.  At Cone 4 in oxidation, the color is a moderate dark brown, shown on the left.  At Cone 6, shown on the right, the color becomes a very dark, nearly chocolate brown. This clay can not be over fired or used in reduction firings.
